Mainland United Kingdom (excluding highlands) – Post & Packing as below. Europe and Rest of World – varies depending on which country and the size of the order. Please note that customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. All parcels must be signed for on delivery.
Where items are available for immediate dispatch, we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm the same day (Monday – Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Our UK delivery options are shown below:

We offer a no quibble returns/exchange policy within 14 days. As long as the item is unused, with labels and tags attached, together with the original, undamaged packaging including hangers and protective plastics it can be returned for an exchange or a full refund. You will be responsible for return costs, unless they have been confirmed as faulty. For peace of mind, we recommend that an insured trackable form of delivery is used as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in their return transit to us.

Customers outside the EU: On your customs declaration form, please mark it with “customer return”. If not, the item might be returned to you by the postal service.
We regret that for all bespoke, customised or personalised goods these are exempt for return. Please make sure that measurements are taken accurately and sizes are chosen carefully. A&A Ralph cannot accept responsibility for measurements taken by a third party.
